SADAFCO reappoints Hamad Al-Ahmad as chairman, Faisal Al-Ayyar as vice chairman

Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Co.'s (SADAFCO) board of directors approved today, April 1, 2021, the appointment of Hamad Sabah Al-Ahmad as chairman and Faisal Hamad Mubarak Al-Ayyar as vice chairman, for the new three-year term effective immediately.

 

The board also approved the appointment of Hussein Mohamed Mousa as secretary of the board of directors.

 

In addition, it formed the remuneration and nomination, as well as the audit committees.
