The Capital Market Authority (CMA) updated four executive regulations and issued a new one in 2020, the market regulator said in its annual report.
It also aimed to update six other executive regulations last year, of which five were updated in early 2021.
The market regulator earlier approved amendments to the securities business regulations, authorized persons regulations and investment funds and real estate investment funds (REIT) regulations.
The amendments come as part of the CMA’s strategic goals to develop the capital market, in line with Vision 2030.
