Knowledge City shareholders elect board members for new 3-year term

Knowledge Economic City’s (KEC) shareholders elected a new board for the upcoming three-year term, starting today, July 28, until July 27, 2024, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) meeting held on June 27.

The non-executives members are Amin Mohammad Shaker, Ahmed Hassan Alarjani, Saleh Mohammad bin Laden, Ali Siddique Ali Alhakami, Walid Mohammad Alissa, Omar Abdulaziz Alzaben, and Waleed Khalid Fatani, all of whom are non-executives members. On the other hand, the independent members are Abdullah Hassan Qanzal, Ziad Mohammad Al-Tunisi, Nidal Abdulmajeed Jamjoom and Jassim Shaheen Al-Rumaihi.

Shareholders also approved the board and auditor reports, as well as the financial statements for 2020.

In addition, they appointed the audit committee members for the term, starting today, July 28, until July 27, 2024, including Jassim Shaheen Al-Rumaihi (independent board member), as well as Ahmad AbdulJAwad Reda, Aly Barakat and Medhat Farid Tawfiq (external members).
