MIS renews, amends SAR 155 mln Shariah-compliant facility with NBK

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) renewed and amended, on Dec. 13, a Shariah-compliant bank facility worth SAR 155 million with the National Bank of Kuwait (NBK), according to a bourse filing.

 

The financing period extends until Aug. 31, 2022. The full facility value is secured with a promissory note.

 

The company will use the credit to fund new projects and issue letters of guarantee.

 

There are no related parties to the agreement.
