Al Sagr Insurance shareholders approve 2020 financials

Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders approved financial statements for 2020, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Feb. 23.

 

Shareholders also ratified the auditors’ report for the same year, according to a bourse filing.
