Alsagr Insurance’s shareholders to vote on business contracts

Alsagr Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders will vote on the business contracts concluded in 2020, namely, one-year lease contract at SAR 1.17 million between the company and Abdul Rahman Ali Al-Turki Group of Companies.

 

Fahd bin Abdul Rahman Al-Turki, a board member in the group, has an indirect interest.
