Al-Dawaa shareholders authorize board to pay interim dividends for 2022

Al-Dawaa Medical Services Co.'s (DMSCO) shareholders authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2022, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on June 26.

 

They also approved granting the board the powers of the general assembly as stipulated in the Companies Law, for a period of one year starting from the OGM approval date or until the end of the delegated board’s term, whichever is earlier.

 

Transactions and contracts between the company and other entities, including SAICO Insurance Co., Eastern Province Cement Co., Walaa Cooperative Insurance Co. were approved.

 

The shareholders also endorsed the board and auditor’s reports, as well as financial statements for 2021.
