CHI seeks feedback on draft policy of M&As for health insurance firms

Saudi Arabia's Council of Health Insurance (CHI) invited the public to send their feedback on the draft policy of mergers and acquisitions (M&As) in the health insurance sector through “Istitlaa” platform.

 

The draft policy includes the process of mergers and acquisitions, regulatory measures, exemptions, as well as related requirements.

 

These regulatory measures are established to organize the structure of the new entities in a way to boost competitiveness and improve performance.
