Elm names new head of nomination and remuneration committee

Elm Co.’s board of directors appointed, on Sept. 20, board member, Faris Alrashed Alhumaid, an independent member, as a head and a member of the nomination and remuneration committee, effective as of Sept. 20, until end of the board term on Nov. 24, 2024, according to a bourse filing.
