Al Awali Real Estate to offer 20% stake on Nomu in Q1 2023

Al Awali Real Estate Co. plans to offer a 20% stake on Nomu-Parallel Market, the company’s CEO told Asharq TV. 

 

The company has SAR 200 million capital. 

 

The company will offer its shares in Q1 2023, the CEO added, expecting the offer price to range between SAR 25-35.

 

Al Awali aims to secure loans to support its expansion plans in the Kingdom.
