UAE’s Easy Lease Motorcycle establishes subsidiaries in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain

Easy Lease Motorcycle Rental, listed on Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), has established two subsidiaries in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, according to the company statement.

 

The subsidiaries were registered by the Saudi Ministry of Commerce and Bahrain’s Ministry of Industry and Commerce, respectively.

 

Easy Lease is 50% owned by the International Holding Company (IHC), which sells, leases and repairs motorcycles.
