Jadwa REIT Al Haramain Fund updated its terms and conditions from Nov. 15, fund manager Jadwa Investment Co. said in a statement to Tadawul. 

 

These include updating the terms and conditions of the fund in accordance with the amended real estate investment funds regulations and allowing non-Saudi investors, whether companies or individuals, to own the fund’s units based on the Capital Market Authority’s announcement of issued on Nov. 8, 2021.
