Aldrees shareholders to elect board members for new term on Nov. 6

Shareholders of Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Co. are set to elect members of the board of directors for a new four-year term starting on Dec. 22, 2023, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) slated for Nov. 6.

 

In a statement on Tadawul, the company said that shareholders will also vote on amending article No. 17 of the articles of association relating to the formation of the board.

 

The decision to elect eight board members is conditional upon approving the amendment of the articles of association, the statement added.
