The Saudi Cabinet, chaired by Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz, approved today, Oct. 17, the establishment of the National Center for Inspection and Oversight, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

 

The Cabinet also approved the Law of the General Authority for Defense Development.

 

In addition, the masterplan of the new Abha International Airport was launched, which comes as part of the Kingdom's keenness and interest in developing all Saudi regions. This includes supporting the air transport sector, increasing the capacity of passengers, and boosting the frequency of flights, which contributes to enhancing mobility, tourism programs, and quality of life.
