License issuance for public taxis in Riyadh, Madinah, Jeddah, Dammam suspended

The Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services suspended issuance of licenses and adding vehicles to the public taxi activity to licenses in Riyadh, Madinah, Jeddah and Dammam.

Applications for licenses and adding registered vehicles, as well as applications for adding vehicles, which were purchased before the decision of this date, are excluded. The paperwork required for vehicle registration by establishments should be completed within three months of the decision date.

Licenses for the public taxi vehicles in the four cities will be renewed for the number of vehicles available at an establishment when the application is submitted, according to Umm Al-Qura Newspaper.
