Shamsheer Vayalil, Chairman of Burjeel Holdings PLC Co., announced plans to open 80 physiotherapy centers in Saudi Arabia, including 10 centers this month, in partnership with Leejam Sports Co. (Fitness Time).

In a statement to Asharq Bloomberg TV, he noted that Riyadh has been picked for establishing a one-day surgery center. He confirmed that the group's Saudi operations are proceeding as planned.

Vayalil emphasized the group's goal to meet the Saudi market’s needs and to be distinguished from the UAE market. This includes offering specialized services like oncology and orthopedics as well as athletes’ physiotherapy and rehabilitation.

Burjeel Holdings opened four physiotherapy and rehabilitation centers in Riyadh, in partnership with Leejam — the operator of the Fitness Time chain in the Middle East and North Africa.

Vayalil stated that Burjeel Holdings aims to contribute to Saudi Vision 2030 with its well-established plans for the Saudi market.
