Minister of Tourism Ahmed Al-Khateeb stated that Saudi Arabia seeks to attract investments of $60-$80 billion in the tourism sector by 2030.

 

He told Bloomberg that the aim is for private sector investments to dominate the tourism industry.

 

On March 4, Al-Khateeb announced the Tourism Investment Enablers Program, designed to ease doing business and boost investment appeal for both local and international investors, according to data compiled by Argaam.
