The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) launched today, March 13, a job mobility service between government entities, aiming to enhance the investment in human capital and streamline internal and external transfer procedures among government entities.

In a statement on the X platform, the ministry said the new service aims to facilitate connections between government entities, empowering human resources specialists to oversee transfer operations, whether direct or announced, within or outside the entity.

Employees can also access transfer announcements and submit applications, provided they meet the specified conditions and regulations for transfer operations. The range of services offered includes direct transfer, direct transfer with promotion, announced transfer, and announced transfer with promotion.

The service's objectives encompass enhancing investment in human capital, fostering the development and facilitation of internal and external transfer procedures between government entities, facilitating internal employment within government entities, governing all types of transfer operations, and enabling human resources employees in government entities to meet job needs through an integrated electronic system for human resources operations.

Key features of the service include simplifying human resources procedures and operations, addressing job needs in government entities through the transfer service, and empowering human resources specialists in government entities to search for resumes on specialized platforms.
