Saudi Cable soars 10% after resuming trading on TASI

Saudi Cable Co. shares jumped today, March 20, by 10% to SAR 62.90, compared to the closing price before the trading suspension.

 

About 98,150 shares, worth SAR 6.5 million, changed hands in nearly 391 transactions. 

 

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) lifted the trading suspension on Saudi Cable shares as of today, bringing the stock's suspension requisites and over-the-counter trading to an end. 

 

Trading on Saudi Cable shares was suspended on May 9, 2022, due to the failure to publish financial statements within specified deadline. Tadawul approved the company's request to trade its shares over the counter in August 2023, according to Argaam's data.
