The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) invited the public and those interested to express their opinions on the draft law of criminalizing irregular practices that negatively affect the labor market.

The ministry seeks the public's proposals for articles to be added to the labor law via Istitlaa platform no later than April 20, 2024.

The law aims to criminalize the practices of recruiting professional and domestic workers without having a job with the employers, especially the brokering that aims to provide labor services.
