Education Ministry updates requirements for opening nurseries, kindergartens

The Ministry of Education announced the updated requirements for opening nurseries and kindergartens, which included enabling private and international education facilities to invest in their buildings outside the official working hours and on holidays.

 

The requirements include granting licenses to open private and international nurseries and kindergartens, provided that a commercial register is obtained and approvals are secured from the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing and the General Directorate of Civil Defense, the ministry said in a statement on X.

 

Moreover, private and international education facilities will be permitted to manage and amend their internal organizational structures, the statement added.
