Value Capital sets offer price for Mufeed IPO on Nomu

Value Capital, the financial advisor and lead manager for the initial public offering (IPO) of Mufeed Co. on Nomu-Parallel Market, set the offer price at SAR 77 per share, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The offering period for qualified investors will run between Nov. 3-11.

The company floated 600,000 shares, representing 9.09% of its post-IPO capital, on Nomu, data available to Argaam showed.

 

A total of 600,000 shares, or 100% of total offered shares, will be allocated to qualified investors.
