Shalfa Facilities Management Co. received on March 28 an award notification from Tatweer Buildings Co., approving the execution of a framework agreement for integrated facilities management services for school buildings and private institutes in the Central Region (Al-Qassim), the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

The final value of the agreement depends on the number of schools and services, for which separate purchase orders will be issued based on the price list included in the framework agreement. There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.
