Shalfa signs SAR 35.4M contract with ZATCA

Shalfa Facilities Management Co. signed on May 21 a contract worth SAR 35.39 million (including VAT) with the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA), in partnership with Shalfa International Security Services, according to a statement to Tadawul.
 
Under the contract, Shalfa will provide security guard services for ZATCA’s main headquarters, residential cities, and administrative offices located at various ports and branches across Saudi Arabia.
 
 

The partnership in the project will be on an equal basis, with each of the contracting parties holding a 50% share of the total contract value, after settling all financial obligations and dues related to labor, suppliers, and government entities pertaining to the contract.

 

The financial impact of the 12-month contract is expected to appear in the company’s results starting H2 2025.

 

Chairman Abdullah Albrahim and Vice Chairman Fahad Albrahim are related parties, as they have an indirect interest due to their familial relationship with the owner of Shalfa International Security Services, the statement added.

 

The contract falls within the scope of ordinary business without preferential terms.
