MIS shareholders authorize board to pay interim dividends

Al Moammar Information Systems Co.’s (MIS) shareholders authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2025, during the ordinary general meeting held on June 4.

In a statement to Tadawul today, June 11, the company said shareholders approved all items on the agenda. These included discharging the board of directors from liability for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2024, and a remuneration of SAR 1.7 million to board members for the same period.
