Mufeed shareholders authorize board to distribute 2025 interim dividends

Mufeed Co. said its shareholders authorized the board of directors to distribute interim cash dividends for 2025 on a semiannual or quarterly basis, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders also approved the board’s recommendation to transfer the statutory reserve balance of SAR 3.49 million to retained earnings, based on the company’s financial statements for 2024.
