According to data available with Argaam, the supplementary prospectus reflected a revision to the dividend distribution schedule for previous periods. The general assembly, held on May 22, approved the cancellation of SAR 200 million in dividend distributions to current shareholders, returning the amount to the company. This will be accounted for in the Q2 2025 financial results.
