DGA announces results of 2025 Digital Experience Maturity Index

The Digital Government Authority (DGA) announced that the 2025 Digital Experience Maturity Index reached 86.71%, placing Saudi Arabia at an “Advanced” level.

 

The index also recorded growth in public engagement, with users taking part in this year’s survey growing on an annual basis to more than 374,000.

 

The scope of the assessment also expanded to include 50 digital platforms, up from 39 in the previous year, as shown in the table below:

The study was based on four main pillars, covering 20 detailed criteria, including user satisfaction, interface quality, complaint handling, and the use of advanced technologies, as indicated in the following table:

This year, special focus was put on the sub-index for digital inclusion, which scored 75.30%, classified at an "Empowered" level. This reflected government agencies' growing awareness of the importance of designing digital services that are accessible and usable by all segments of society, including people with disabilities and the elderly, enabling them to leverage these services independently.
