Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman will deliver the annual speech on behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques


Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman will deliver tomorrow, Sept. 10, the annual royal speech at the opening of the second year of the ninth session of the Shura Council.

 

The Shura Council’s Speaker Abdullah Al Al-Sheikh expressed the council’s deep appreciation and pride in the continuous support and care provided by the wise leadership, along with its sound directives that enable the council to carry out its legislative and oversight duties in the best possible manner, state-run news agency SPA reported.

 

He highly valued the Crown Prince’s graciousness in delivering the annual speech on behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, affirming that the royal speech is a key national event that everyone eagerly awaits, as it carries noble meanings and clear directions that help the Shura Council perform its legislative and oversight responsibilities and guide its work to serve the interests of the nation.

 

The Speaker also highlighted that the annual royal speech outlines the Kingdom’s domestic and foreign policies, as well as its visions and directives, which reflect the leadership’s keenness to continue the path of construction and development.

 

The Shura Council looks forward to drawing inspiration from the pillars of development and growth contained in the royal speech, in harmony with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, Al Al-Sheikh stated.
