CMA licenses Hamah Capital to conduct securities arranging

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) announced that Hamah Capital has fulfilled the requirements to commence its arranging activity in the securities business.

 

This came in accordance with the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) and its Implementing Regulations.

 

The company was licensed under the CMA resolution dated Oct. 21, 2024.
