Shalfa to manage ZATCA’s properties at land border crossings

Shalfa Facilities Management Co. was awarded on Nov. 18 a project to operate and manage the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority’s (ZATCA) properties at land border crossings, according to a statement to Tadawul.
 
The project is valued at SAR 17.31 million, inclusive of value-added tax.
 
The project entails providing property management and operation services for ZATCA residential, investment and administrative assets at land border crossings.
