2P renews SAR 135M facilities with GIB

Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) renewed today, Dec. 9, banking facilities with Gulf International Bank (GIB) at a total value of SAR 135 million.

 

The financing term starts from Dec. 9, 2025 to Oct. 10, 2026. A promissory note was provided to fully guarantee the amount, 2P said in a Tadawul statement.
 
2P will use the facilities to issue letter of guarantees and credit for new awards.
