Units of Derayah REIT Fund go ex-dividend today, Jan. 27, for Q4 2025.

 

Derayah Financial Co., the fund manager, earlier approved the payment of SAR 0.09 per unit, or 0.9% of capital, to unitholders.

 

The dividend will be paid on Feb. 17.
