Twareat said the financial impact of the project is expected to appear in Q2 2026
Twareat Medical Care Co. signed a project contract worth SAR 52.8 million with National Unified Procurement Co. (NUPCO).
In a statement to Tadawul today, Feb. 18, the company said the scope of the work covers supplying and installing two field hospitals and one mobile clinic for the Ministry of Interior – Comprehensive Specialized Clinics of the Security Forces in Makkah.
The project award and contract signing took place today, the company stated, indicating that the contractual term starts from the project signing date until final delivery on April 9, 2026.
The related financial impact is expected to appear in the company’s financial results during the second quarter of 2026, the statement added.
Any material developments related to this project will be disclosed in due course, Twareat noted, pointing out that no related parties are included in the deal.
