Mohammad Eslami, Head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran, said the US will not be able to stop Iran’s uranium enrichment program.
He added that demands by Iran’s opponents to impose restrictions on enrichment are “futile,” stressing that Tehran remains committed to developing its nuclear capabilities, according to Russia's news agency TASS.
US objectives have not been achieved in Iran, Eslami said, arguing that Washington is seeking concessions from Tehran through ongoing peace negotiations.
