Arcapita declares name change to Arcapita AlMaliyya

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) said it was notified by Arcapita Capital Co. of its name change to Arcapita AlMaliyya Co.

 

This came based upon the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) and its implementing regulations, according to a Tadawul statement.
