Industry Ministry urges firms to report challenges amid current conditions

The Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources called on industrial and mining companies to report the challenges they are facing under the current conditions.

 

The aim is to provide the necessary support, enhance readiness levels, ensure business continuity, and strengthen supply chains in both sectors, the ministry said in a post on X today, April 15.

 

The key challenges include supply chain disruptions, rising global logistics service costs, and higher shipping and insurance expenses. Other challenges include difficulties in easily accessing critical spare parts, export-related challenges, and the availability of industrial raw materials.
