SSP wins SAR 227 million supply contract

The Saudi Steel Pipes company announces that it won (on April 2, 2013) a contract from Aramco to supply welded steel pipes for coating oil and gas wells. Contract value is SAR 227 million.

The contract is a continuation of previous Aramco contracts awarded last year and in Q1 this year. Quantities covering the contract will start of Q4, 2013 till Q2, 2014.

The pipes will be manufactured at the company’s plant at Dammam Second Industrial City.  A positive financial effect is expected in Q1 and Q2, 2014.
