Major shareholders disclosed daily in Qatar Exchange from January 4th

Qatar Exchange said that it will disclose the major shareholders in listed companies on a daily basis as of January 4^th, 2015.

The board of Qatar Financial Markets Authority recently issued several new legislations including the daily disclosure of major shareholders who directly or indirectly, through minor children or affiliates, own 5% or more of a listed company.

According to Argaam; Saudi and Emirati stock exchange markets disclose major shareholders of listed companies on a daily basis.
