Zoujaj cancels the MoU with Al Sharqeiya an Al Zamil Group

The national company for glass (Zoujaj) announced today on tadawul cancelling the MoU signed earlier on 4/7/2010 with Al Sharqeiya Company and Al Zamil holding company to acquire their shares in Gulf Guard Saudi Arabia and Guardian Ras Al Khaima.

The company stated that the reason for cancelling this MoU is because the different parties have not reached an agreement regarding the deal.
