BABTAIN OFFERS TAKEOVER OF FRENCH FIRM’S ASSETS

Al Babtain Power and Telecommunications Company would like to inform that it has filed a final unconditional offer for the acquisition of all Petitjean SAS assets on 26/01/2012. The competent court is expected to take its decision regarding the purchase offers on 31/01/2012G. Any developments in respect of such offers will be announced shortly thereafter.
