Saudi Arabia names new housing minister

Saudi Arabia's King Salman issued a royal decree yesterday  appointing Isam Bin Saeed as the new acting minister of housing, replacing Shuwaish Al-Duwaihi.
 
Bin Saeed holds PhD in public law from Cairo University in Egypt. He also has a master’s in constitutional law, in addition to a bachelor’s in administrative sciences from King Saud University.
 
Known for his extensive experience, Bin Saeed worked as a law researcher in commission of experts, and then was appointed as the president of the commission.
 
The new minister has already participated in laying out cabinet regulations.
