Saudi investors rack up 30% of real estate deals in Dubai

Saudi investors are racking up 30 percent of real estate sales in Dubai, said Naji Allia, executive director of United Arab Emirates-based Tebyan Real Estate. 
 
Dubai-based companies are currently focusing on the Saudi market in order to find buyers, he was quoted as saying in the Emirati daily, Al Bayan newspaper. 
 
Allia was speaking on the sidelines of Jeddah City Scape exhibition in Saudi Arabia.
