Al-Baha case against former chairman adjourned

Al-Baha Investment and Development said its lawsuit against its former chairman and board members has been adjourned to next month, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

                                                                  

Last year, the developer had filed a lawsuit before Jeddah administrative court against former chairman and board members for damages and losses they had allegedly cost the company.
