Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (Saudi Aramco) has awarded a six-year agreement to Dynamic Industries Saudi Arabia (DISA) for the engineering, material procurement, fabrication, transportation and installation of its offshore oil and gas facilities.
The deal can be extended for two consecutive three-year terms, DISA said in a statement.
DISA is a joint venture between US firm Dynamic Industries and the Saudi-based Bandariyah International Co.
DISA’s services will support Aramco’s Maintain Potential Program, Gas Program and other offshore work in the GCC region.
In May, Saudi Aramco has agreed to award LTA contracts to four companies, including McDermott, Italy’s Saipem, a joint venture of India’s Larsen & Toubro and Singapore-based Emas, according to reports published by Middle East Economic Digest (MEED).
