Alahli Takaful renews insurance contract with NCB

Alahli Takaful Co. has renewed its contract with National Commercial Bank (NCB) for a 1 year period, under which the company will provide insurance coverage for NCB staff’s personal finance and real estate finance portfolios.


The deal accounts for 20 percent of the company’s premiums this year and will have a positive impact on FY-2016 results, the insurer said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The agreement will be presented for shareholder approval at Alahli Takaful’s next general assembly meeting, it added.
