STC says contractors responsible for service disruption

Saudi Telecom Co. (STC) said in a statement that  two construction contractors were responsible for the recent disruption of the telco's mobile and DSL services in Tabuk and Hail.

 

Services on STC's broadband lines and  2G, 3G, and 4G networks were interrupted after the contractors cut fiber-optic cables.

 

Technical teams have managed to fix the issue and restore all servies, the statement added.
