Al Khodari to set up cleaning business under new subsidiary

Abdullah A. M. Al Khodari Sons Co. (Al Khodari) is planning to establish a new subsidiary which will provide cleaning services in the Saudi cities of Jazan, Arar, Ta'if, Hafar Al-Batin and Riyadh, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

Five branches will be opened under the wholly-owned subsidiary, Al Khodari said, adding that it would not be set up as a separate legal entity.

The launch is not seen to have any material impact on financial results.
