Dubai’s Damac to sell land plots in Akoya development

Dubai-based Damac Properties on Tuesday said it will soon sell Akoya Imagine land plots within its golf community Akoya Oxygen.

 

Plots will be priced starting at AED 600,000, and can be purchased at a sales event at Dubai’s Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel between 4pm and 10pm on August 20, the DFM-listed developer said in a statement.

 

Akoya Oxygen is a 55-million-square-foot master development located in Dubai.

 

At the sales event, Damac will also launch the 33-storey Tower 108, a collection of serviced hotel apartments located in the emirate’s Jumeirah Village Circle area.
