Emaar names Olivier Harnisch new CEO of hospitality arm

Dubai-listed Emaar Properties has appointed Olivier Harnisch as chief executive of Emaar Hospitality Group, its hospitality and leisure business arm, the developer said on Tuesday.

 

Harnisch has over 30 years of experience in the hotel and tourism industry. He worked at Hilton Worldwide for over 14 years, and also served as chief operating officer at the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group in Brussels.

 

Emaar has over 35 new hotels and serviced residences in the development pipeline in the United Arab Emirates and international markets.
